How many pens are in a pack?

Pack sizes vary by product and selected option. The listing title and description show what is included. Check both before ordering.

What does quantity 1 mean?

One pack of the selected option. For example, on a 3-pack listing, quantity 1 means 3 pens and quantity 2 means 6 pens. Other listings may contain different quantities.

Can I choose my color?

Choose an available option on the product page. Use the matching product photos to check the option before adding it to your cart. Contact us if a code or photo is unclear.

Are accessories included?

Accessories are sold separately unless a listing specifically includes them. Check dimensions and compatibility before ordering extension rods or other pieces.

What does READY TO SHIP mean?

It describes an in-stock item, not a guaranteed delivery date. Check the selected option for availability and the product listing for dispatch details.

How are pre-orders different?

PRE-ORDER items are not ready for immediate dispatch. Check the product page for its estimated shipping window and contact us before combining them with ready-to-ship items.

Will sold-out colors return?
